Third Sector Partners is a retained search firm mandated with searching leaders par excellence for the social sector in India. We provide specialized services to non-governmental organizations (NGOs), institutions and Corporates to enable them to recruit visionary leaders who can drive organizational growth as well as deliver positive impact on the chosen cause. TSP Play's the role of catalyst in seeking out individuals who embody innovation, presence of mind, tactical balance and an instinct for the right opportunity for collective community benefits.

TSP needs to hire for its Mumbai office a Consultant, who will closely work with the Principal, TSP to drive this social leadership vision and manage day-to-day operations.

Educational qualifications: Post Graduate degree, Social Work discipline would be appreciated.

Work experience:

- 3-5 years.

- It is desirable that the candidate should have a good working knowledge of the development & corporate sector.

- The incumbent should be aware of community development issues in the country.

- Experience in capacity building and networking skills would be an added advantage.

Personal Skill sets / Soft Skills:

- Hold excellent interpersonal skills, as well as accomplished documentation skills.

- Have a high level of energy and a commitment to excellence as it relates to all of the functional areas under his/her direction and control.

- Should be systematic and meticulous in approach and method.

Computer knowledge: Working knowledge of computers and specifically, MS word, Excel, Power point.
